Michael BoltonA woman in her 70s has been killed in a fatal road collision involving a van and a pedestrian, at Moyasta, Co Clare on Saturday evening. The pedestrian, a woman in her late 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body has since been removed to University Hospital Limerick where a post-mortem examination will be conducted. A portion of the N67 at Moyasta is currently closed with local diversions in place.
